The Idol band is clearly pumped to play something with a sophisticated arrangement and real acoustic guitar picking, but Michael Johns can't quite crank up his performance to Lindsey Buckingham levels of precision. Other than missing a few of the notable high notes, he sounds like a capable enough back-up singer and still commands the stage better than most, but when Paula calls him a "seasoned" performer, does that mean she thinks he looks old?
